That’s why we confidently back our Stealth Series™ and X-Series™ Shaft Alignment lasers with a rock-solid 5-Year No-Worries Manufacturer’s Warranty.
If your product stops working under normal use within five years due to material or manufacturing defects, we’ll repair or replace it, “no hassle, no fine print,” with the same model or an equivalent one at our discretion.

We’re committed to making your experience with our Shaft Alignment lasers completely worry-free. That’s why, during the warranty period, we provide free loaner units* if your kit ever needs repair. Simply call us or email repair@hamarlaser.com, and we’ll get a replacement unit to you swiftly, so you can keep your work moving without interruption.

Calibration
To maintain peak precision, all laser instruments require periodic calibration. Your X-Series™ system includes a 2-year calibration certificate to ensure reliable accuracy right out of the box. If your quality control program permits, you can also opt for a 3-year calibration certificate, just give us a call to order.

Our calibration services are priced up to 50% lower than many competitors, making long-term ownership significantly more affordable. Even more important, because we handle calibrations right here in the U.S., our domestic turnaround time is far faster than European competitors, who require international shipping and longer processing times.
